We’ve all heard it. Maybe some of us have even been the subject of it. It amazes me sometimes what people will come up with because they don’t know what’s actually going on. For instance, I am apparently seeing two people at work. I’m flattered, really, that anyone at work would think I’m dating two people. In reality I’m dating none. Especially not anyone from work. Oh, well. I know the truth. And the two men involved know the truth. So what do I care what people think? I have a better love life in their imaginations. And that’s fine with me.
Speaking of gossip, how many of you out there talk in the bathroom? I know a lot of women do. I mean, we go to the washroom in packs and we gossip. But how many of you check the stalls before you start talking? I know I’ve heard a few things I shouldn’t have because the women didn’t bother to see if there was anyone else in the bathroom.

I hear more gossip in classrooms than anywhere else (I’m a teacher). Pretty rare for us to be in the ladies room, since that’s where kids are. But the faculty lounge? Very gossipy! :guitar:

I was amazed at all the rumors flying around our town after the tornado. All kinds of untrue crap! The weirdest being about the one supposed death in our town. Even the woman’s doctor heard it. It was announced AT HIS CHURCH that this woman had died. He stood up and informed everyone that she was his patient and he’d seen her just that morning and she was FINE. :rolleyes:

Sounds to me like those people need to get a HOBBY. Although, perhaps I need a hobby of my own since I’m always one to listen to gossip!
